All premade pieces are final sale due to the one-of-one nature of our work.

Returns, exchanges, or refunds will only be considered if:

• You received the wrong item
• Your item arrived damaged
• A major issue was not disclosed before purchase

Any issue must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

Please review all sizing, measurements, and product details carefully before purchasing. Distressing, fading, wear, and imperfections may be intentional design elements and are not considered defects.

Custom / Requested Pieces

All custom requests require a 50% deposit after agreement on design, size, turnaround, etc and before work begins with final 50% to be paid before release/shipping.

This deposit covers sourcing, planning, and design time.

Deposits will only be fully refunded if the request is unable to be completed in a reasonable time compared to estimated turnaround or there is an issue with your order. 

If you choose not to continue soon after production has started you may receive a partial refund based on materials already sourced, time spent and other factors. 

Once production has started, all custom orders are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted on completed custom pieces.
